Conditions of reservation and cancellation
Our booking conditions
- Confirmation of booking by internet
- Booking Cheque Request – 30% deposit calculated on the total amount of the stay, or bank print (credit card number and expiry date).
Payment types
Payment can be made in the form of cash, check, credit card, or chèques vacances
All the information is communicated after becoming aware, and implies acceptance, of all the booking conditions and cancellation fees set out below.
Nos conditions d’annulation
In case of cancellation of the reservation before the beginning of the stay, or in case of early departure during the stay, an indemnity will be due, as a penalty clause by the contractor, relating to the amount of the stay, fixed as follows:
- up to 7 days before arrival: free of charge
- from 6 to 3 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- 2 days or 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the total amount
No show or early departure
In case of no-show, cancellation without notice and not coming from the customer, the entire planned stay will be due by the customer or the company that made the reservation.
